It is not easy to fulfill the nature’s rule of evolution, when you are giving birth to your progeny, as you expect this progeny should be physically, emotionally, psychologically, intellectually and spiritually superior than parents.

For this to happen, they would be mother has to remember many things. First of all, she should wish to be mother. She should take care of health with the help of proper diet and optimum mobility.

It is a tough period of 9 months of pregnancy. Starting with morning sickness, it not only changes the body of woman, but mind also. In the end, she finds herself, totally changed a new person. To enjoy this fruitful journey, Yogic study forms her companion, helping her at every step. Ultrasound is advised at 8 weeks, i.e. completion of two months, in which live, intrauterine pregnancy is confirmed with heart activity and its support. After this report is seen one can start Yogic care under the guidance of an expert.

If the morning sickness is severe, then one can start at 12 or 16 weeks of pregnancy. At 20 weeks, every woman has to start the Yogic care schedule. Yoga teacher has to prepare a case report for her & then start the programme with explanation.

Every woman finds it very useful and enjoyable. This is to be practiced till the last day of her term.

  • Gomukhasan (Hands) & Parshwahastasan – These postures help to expand the rib cage, improving in Thoracic breathing. They also help to relieve backache.
